what are we looking for?

Affiliate and partner management for our ambassador program

At the ComeHome Association, we are passionate about the repatriation of deported Ukrainian children and the reunification of families. In order to successfully implement this important mission, we rely on a strong network of affiliate partners. We call it our ambassador partner program. We are therefore looking for committed and motivated employees who are dedicated to the task of acquiring new affiliate partners and supporting existing partnerships with dedication and understanding.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

As our affiliate partner manager, you play a crucial role in our organization. You are responsible for the development, maintenance and management of our affiliate partnerships. Your tasks include:

1. acquiring new affiliate partners You identify potential affiliate partners and develop strategies to attract them to our mission. Through your persuasiveness and professional appearance, you will be able to inspire new partners to work with us.
2. support for existing affiliate partners You are the main point of contact for our existing affiliate partners and ensure that they receive the best possible support. You maintain regular contact, answer questions and support the implementation of joint projects.
3. professional affiliate management You develop and implement effective affiliate management strategies. This includes the continuous analysis and optimization of partner relationships in order to achieve the greatest possible benefit for both sides.

Your qualification and the “Nice to have”

Professional affiliate management requires a combination of specific training, professional experience and personal skills. Your qualifications should include the following:

Education and training: Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field: a Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree is an advantage. Specialization in digital marketing or e-commerce: Additional courses or certificates in these areas are a plus.

Professional experience and skills:

  • Experience in affiliate management or a similar position: At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: You should be able to communicate persuasively and lead effective negotiations.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on these analyses.
  • Technical affinity: Understanding of affiliate marketing tools and platforms as well as basic knowledge of web technologies.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented way of working: Independence and the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Ability to work in a team: Ability to work together and build strong, long-term relationships.

It is only through volunteering that we are able to pass on a high proportion of incoming donations to urgent projects without using the funds for salaried employees. However, we are also aware that we cannot manage without full-time employees and the services of freelancers. However, we are careful to keep these expenses as low as possible.
